*HB* Community Workspace

We invite, creative professionals, entrepreneurs, freelancers to take space at

our design studio, adjacent to our workshop.  The workspace is anchored by a

large communal table with excellent day light and a view of Manhattan.  During

twilight and evening hours a custom floating chandelier and perimeter light the

space to  inspire.   

Desk space starts at $350.00 monthly.  Weekly rates are available and we

have an open door policy for our friends to take a work day at our studio when

space permits.
